Meet our Brandy and Fig Truffles: We start with a cozy simmer of coconut milk and oil, cool it down, then spike it with a generous pour of brandy for that "aha" moment. Then half pipe the smooth brandy ganache and then the fig paste – because fruit makes everything healthy, right? Next, we coax chocolate into shell-shaped molds – think of them as tiny, edible cups of joy.
